This may change in the future, but at the moment such data is not provided there.<br>This information can be found in <strong>certyfikacie charakterystyki energetycznej<\/strong> (energy certificate) - I will talk about it separately in another article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why do you need a ksi\u0119gi wieczystej (KW) number?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of ksi\u0119gi wieczystej is <strong>key information<\/strong>, which you <strong>are required to request from the seller<\/strong> <strong>before signing<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>any preliminary agreement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reservation agreement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>declarations of intent to purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2757 Without KW number <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rutkowskihome.pl\/en\/o-nedvizhimosti\/chastye-oshibki-pri-pokupke-nedvizhimosti-v-polshe-inostranczami\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rutkowskihome.pl\/o-nedvizhimosti\/chastye-oshibki-pri-pokupke-nedvizhimosti-v-polshe-inostranczami\/\">there is no need to take any steps<\/a><\/strong>, related to <a href=\"https:\/\/rutkowskihome.pl\/en\/uslugi\/pokupka-i-prodazha-nedvizhimosti\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"16\">purchase of real estate<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you receive your ksi\u0119gi wieczystej number, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>or check and analyze its content yourself (if you understand how to read KW), on the website https:\/\/ekw.ms.gov.pl\/eukw_ogol\/menu.do<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or transfer the number <strong>to the notary<\/strong>, with whom you plan to sign the deal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 As a rule, a notary <strong>checks ksi\u0119g\u0119 wieczyst\u0105 besplatno<\/strong> and will point out possible risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sections of the ksi\u0119gi wieczystej - what they contain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ksi\u0119ga wieczysta consists of <strong>four main sections<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dzia\u0142 I \u2014 Property Description<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>address and location,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>square,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>type of real estate (apartment, house, plot),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional elements (storage room, basement, garage space).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dzia\u0142 II \u2014 Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This section states:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>who is the owner of the property,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>one or more owners,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on what basis the property was acquired (purchase, gift, inheritance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f This is one of <strong>the most important sections<\/strong> for the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Section III \u2014 Rights, Claims, and Limitations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following may be indicated here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>roszczenia<\/strong> -
