land<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udfe2 When permission is NOT required in the border zone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Permission <strong>not required<\/strong>, If:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the property is registered as <strong>sp\u00f3\u0142dzielcze w\u0142asno\u015bciowe prawo do lokalu<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object <strong>does applies to him <strong>udzia\u0142 w cz\u0119\u015bciach wsp\u00f3lnych<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the land is in <strong>joint ownership<\/strong>, and not as a separate area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc In recent years, Poland has increasingly been building exactly these types of buildings -<br>formally it is <strong>residential local<\/strong>, not a separate house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd34 Permission is REQUIRED if:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the object is designed as <strong>dzia\u0142ka zabudowana<\/strong> (built-up land plot),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the house stands on <strong>separate plot of land<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the buyer receives <strong>direct ownership of land<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f In that case, it&#039;s already <strong>classic house with a plot<\/strong>, and for a foreigner <strong>permission is required<\/strong>, including outside the border zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-border area (e.g. Warsaw)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if the property is located <strong>not in the border zone<\/strong>, there are situations where permission will still be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u26a0\ufe0f Apartment + udzia\u0142 w gruncie or w drodze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes an apartment may refer to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>udzia\u0142 w gruncie<\/strong> (share in a land plot),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>udzia\u0142 w drodze dojazdowej<\/strong> (share in the road).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc And a share in a road or land is already <strong>right to a land plot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u27a1\ufe0f In such cases <strong>permission is required specifically for this area<\/strong>, even if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the apartment itself can be purchased without restrictions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the object is located, for example, in Warsaw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2757 This happens <strong>not very often<\/strong>, But <strong>It happens<\/strong>, especially in new buildings,<br>That&#039;s why
