Along with this growing interest, the number of realtors is also growing.<br>And here the main question arises:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do you know who&#039;s a professional and who&#039;s just a person with a pretty social media profile?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article may seem harsh and may not appeal to new agents.<br>But let&#039;s be honest: <strong>We are talking about transactions worth hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions of zlotys<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why are there so many &quot;random&quot; realtors in Poland?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#039;s start with a fact that not everyone knows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2757 There is NO mandatory in Poland <a href=\"https:\/\/pfrn.pl\/page\/1636\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">realtor licenses<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the profession of a real estate agent was licensed.<br>Today - <strong>You can enter this field without specialized education, exams, or permission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Formally:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no higher education required in real estate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no experience required,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no license required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that <strong>Almost anyone can become a realtor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And in the end it turns out that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Just yesterday, a person worked in a kebab shop or in a \u017babka \u2014<br>and today he is already a realtor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Let me clarify right away:<br>\u044f <strong>I have nothing against kebab or \u017babki<\/strong>.<br>The problem is not in the profession, but <strong>in the absence of knowledge and experience<\/strong>, which suddenly begin to be sold as \u00abexpertise\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fast learning - fast illusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most agencies in Poland train newcomers very quickly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>short internal training,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>basic scripts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minimum practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After a few days or weeks, the person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>receives a business card,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to portals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>status of &quot;real estate agent&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc <strong>But he has no knowledge of the market, law, negotiations or real cases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social media creates image, not competence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Then the second stage begins:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcf8 beautiful photos<br>\ud83d\udd74\ufe0f smart look<br>\ud83c\udfd9\ufe0f Posts about &quot;successful deals&quot;\u00ab<br>\ud83d\udcca motivational quotes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the client gets the feeling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab&quot;He must be a professional if he looks like that.&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>But <strong>external image \u2260 real experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why do newcomers disappear so quickly?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is another fact that is rarely spoken about out loud:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u23f3 The average \u00ablife cycle\u00bb of a newcomer to a real estate agency in Poland is <strong>1\u20135 months<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd3b In 90% cases, clients <strong>they don&#039;t come themselves<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udd3b It needs to be done <strong>cold calls<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udd3b Constant refusals<br>\ud83d\udd3b Pressure for results<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People burn out.<br>Some people leave on their own.<br>Someone is getting fired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And here&#039;s the question:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Would you want a person who might leave in a month to study using your money?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why experience is more important than beautiful posts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A good realtor is not someone who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>speaks beautifully,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>actively uses social networks,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>looks &quot;expensive&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And the one who:<br>\u2714 <strong>at least one year of real-world experience<\/strong><br>\u2714 <strong>real closed deals<\/strong><br>\u2714 Understanding the market, not memorized phrases<br>\u2714 the ability to solve problems, not create them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc A real estate agent must <strong>bring you knowledge and help<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a person was previously a salesperson (exaggerating) and only entered the field yesterday -<br><strong>What knowledge can he pass on to you today?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yes, beginners also need to learn somewhere - but not from you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I understand the argument:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab&quot;Everyone started somewhere.&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>This is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But let&#039;s be honest:<br><strong>Would you risk a large sum of money so that someone could \u201cgain experience\u201d on your deal?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real estate is not an area where the cost of a mistake is equal to a bad order at a cafe.<br>The error here is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>loss of money,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>legal problems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>years of consequences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to distinguish a good realtor from a bad one: a checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A good realtor in Poland:<\/strong><br>\u2714 has been working in the field for at least a year<br>\u2714 can tell you about real transactions<br>\u2714 Explains the risks, rather than promising &quot;everything will be fine&quot;\u00ab<br>\u2714 knows the market, documents, and processes<br>\u2714 Earns trust, not images<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bad realtor:<\/strong><br>\u2716 sells the image<br>\u2716 avoids specifics<br>\u2716 cannot explain the details of the transaction<br>\u2716 speaks in cliches<br>\u2716 Learn as you go \u2013 at your expense<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The real estate market in Poland is open -
