Tax PCC 2% - not always!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the main additional cost when purchasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PCC tax (podatek od czynno\u015bci cywilnoprawnych)<\/strong> \u2014 2% from the cost of the apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it is NOT always paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You pay PCC if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you buy <strong>second and subsequent apartments<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are buying an apartment on the secondary market and this is not your first property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You do NOT pay PCC if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This <strong>your first apartment in Poland<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you buy <strong>new building from the developer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Example:<br>The apartment costs 500,000 z\u0142<br>PCC = 10,000 z\u0142<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. RKM Program (contribution guarantee)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to purchase without making a down payment -<br>through the Deposit Guarantee Program (RKM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>there are restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not all banks participate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>there are price limits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I wrote about the program in detail in other blog articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Property insurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mandatory requirement for a mortgage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price:<br><strong>from 300 z\u0142 per year and up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cost of the apartment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insurance company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Paid once a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
