important nuances, especially when it comes to loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#039;s sort everything out calmly and factually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is it possible to buy an apartment in Poland without a residence permit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In short:<br><strong>Yes, foreigners can buy real estate in Poland without a temporary residence permit or permanent residence permit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This concerns citizens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Belarus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kazakhstan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and other CIS countries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Residence permit or permanent residence card <strong>are not mandatory<\/strong> to purchase an apartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can buy real estate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as an investment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>even if you live outside of Poland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The main thing is the legal origin of the funds and a passport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you need permission to purchase?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In most cases, no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we are talking about it possible to buy remotely?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes.<br>Many clients buy an apartment while living outside of Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>come to the deal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>issue a power of attorney<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conduct a transaction remotely through a notary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a common practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The most important question is a mortgage without a residence permit.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where reality begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get <a apartment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>immediately at your own expense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as an investment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for future relocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And the residence permit is issued later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is normal practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The main conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In 2026, it will be possible to buy an apartment in Poland without a residence permit.<br>This is legal and absolutely
